Two Dirt games set for server closures, leaving Xbox Game Pass soon

EA has confirmed that servers for Dirt 4 and Dirt Rally will close next month and that both games will drop out of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate/EA Play on the same day.

As per EA’s online services page, servers for both Dirt 4 and Dirt Rally will close on October 3rd, 2022, which means you don’t have long to unlock the online-only achievements in each game. EA also notes that Dirt 4 and Dirt Rally will leave EA Play (and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate) on October 3rd, 2022.

Dirt 4 and Dirt Rally online services to close on October 3rd

Taking a quick peep at the Dirt 4 achievements, it appears that eight will be discontinued once the server closure hits. As for the Dirt Rally achievements, 12 will likely be discontinued.

If you’re yet to start either of these, you will need to invest a significant chunk of your time over the next couple of weeks to complete them. Both games have completion estimates of 60-80 hours and high ratios, so it’s not going to be easy. Luckily, we do have a Dirt 4 walkthrough and a Dirt Rally walkthrough to help. It also might be worth joining a Gaming Session here on TA with others to unlock the soon-to-be-discontinued online achievements. You can find details of current sessions below:

Do you need the completion in either of these games? Let us know down in the comments.
