The new King has been out and about greeting his subjects this week and some people are convinced something is up with his bodyguards.

Clips circulating online have zoomed in on the hands of a couple of the royal bodyguards and some reckon they aren’t moving.

It’s believed they are decoys for weapons hidden beneath their coats.

Over the years, there have been rumours they use fake hands and arms in order to keep the likes of an FN-P90 rifle under their coats, should the worst happen.

But nothing has ever been proven.

People commenting below the videos can’t quite make up their mind and don’t know what to believe.

Some believe they are real hands and shouldn’t be questioned, while others are a bit more dubious and suspicious about it all.

Preparations are now well underway for the Queen’s state funeral which takes place tomorrow.

Mourners are now being urged to stay away from the queue as the Queen’s coffin lies in state until 6am tomorrow.

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport tweeted just after midday and said: ‘Queuing time is at least 13 hours.

‘Queue end is in Southwark Park.

‘A decision will be taken today on final queue closure time. To avoid disappointment please do not set off to join the queue.’
